That wouldn't be possible for less than 200$+ because you will need to have your own certificate in order to sign your executable file.
I know that thejavasea crypter is being detected 50/100 but still you will need to sign exe with a valid certificate.
"Unknown Publisher" will cause windows defender to detect it.
